One-day long sessions, 2 to 6 hours in duration, usually split into various groups of 10-30 students throughout the day to match your class schedule. These sessions aim to introduce students into martial arts and Judo as a fun sport. These sessions will involve brief history of the sport, some terminology but with a heavy focus on students being physically active while attempting safe self-defense techniques.
